Moving Picture Monday

Since I've limited myself to two posts a week, I've been looking for ways to add variety to my Monday posts.

Since I'm also trying to get through finals in one piece, I need something quick but still appealing.

This is what I came up with today to meet both those requirements: Moving Picture Monday! This segment will include antique film clips that are rare, peculiar, or otherwise interesting. Today, a quick trip across the Brooklyn Bridge... circa 1899, when the Bridge still carried a trolley line.



Fun Fact: The word "movie" is actually a contraction of "moving picture", just as "talkie" comes from "talking picture". That blew my mind when I first put it together...
